Article 3.1: Data collected

The personal data collected as part of our activity is as follows:

Last name, first name, email, body measurements, height, weight, step count, sleep hours, photos, exercise execution videos, exercise performance, languages spoken, sport taught, desired check-up day.

The collection and processing of this data serves the following purpose(s):

Collecting data such as exercise performance programmed by the coach allows adjusting and tracking client progress. The same applies to body measurements, weight, sleep hours, and weekly average step count (the coach does not have access to daily details).

Google Health:

The only health data collected is the step count, to allow coached individuals, if they wish, to share their weekly average steps with their coach once a week. The transmission and sharing of this data is in no way mandatory to use the application.

Only the shared weekly average is stored indefinitely in the database and is only accessible to the coach when preparing the weekly sports assessment. No Smart Sports Coaching data is sold, shared, or transmitted to external providers.

Body measurements, step count, sleep hours, photos, and execution videos data are optional and must be voluntarily provided by the client.

Collected data is shared with the client's coach and stored in the database until account deletion.

For clients without a coach, data is not stored.

Languages spoken and sports taught help improve coach visibility for clients.
